  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Wearra.

  2. Find the Wearra charge and select Request a refund.
  3. Pick a reason, submit, and wait for Apple's decision (usually within 48 hours).

If a charge was clearly made in error, we're happy to help advocate with Apple — email [email protected].

4. What can't you do with Wearra?

Don't use Wearra to:

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You own your photos. We don't claim ownership of the wardrobe, avatar, or garment images you upload, or of the renders produced from them.

To operate the app, you give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, transmit, and process your content — including sending it to the AI/render providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely for the purpose of providing the app's features to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account (except for copies in routine backups that expire shortly after).

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any photo you submit.

6. AI outputs — no guarantees

Renders are generated by AI and are not a guarantee of real-world fit, appearance, or quality. Try-on previews may contain visual artifacts, may not match the real garment exactly, and may get details wrong (color, fabric, fit, proportions). Use them as creative previews, not as a substitute for trying clothes on in real life.

Outfit suggestions, chat responses, item tagging, and other AI-generated content are provided "as is." They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect the biases of the underlying models. Use your own judgment before acting on them.

7. How do you delete your account?

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. When you do, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this period:

After 30 days, all user-identifying data we control in our backend (profile, photos, outfits, credit history, reports) is permanently and irrevocably deleted. Manual iCloud backups you created are stored in your private iCloud and remain under your control until you delete them. We retain a minimal audit record (email, deletion date) for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

To cancel a scheduled deletion, email [email protected] within the 30-day window.

8. Third-party services

Wearra depends on third-party services, including Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Gemini, Google Vertex AI, FASHN, fal.ai/Kling, LightX, Apple (StoreKit, DeviceCheck, APNs), and Open-Meteo, as listed in our Privacy Policy. If any of those services change, degrade, or become unavailable, the app's features may be affected. We're not responsible for problems caused by third-party services, but we'll do our best to work around them.

9. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and show a notice inside the app. Continuing to use Wearra after a change means you accept the new Terms.

10. When can your account be terminated?

You can stop using Wearra at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your use creates legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the app.

11. Disclaimers

Wearra is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wearra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the app, or (c) content you upload that infringes someone else's rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, this does not deprive you of the protections of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

15. Apple-specific terms

Wearra is distributed through Apple's App Store. These Terms are between you and us — not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
